Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 eggs

- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions
- In saucepan, beat the eggs, the cream and the sugar until creamy and frothy.
- In a 2nd sauce pan heat 2 cups of the milk.
- Slowly add the milk to the egg mixture.
- Cook the mixture over low heat until it has become thick and reaches 170°F. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent from burning.
- Add the remaining milk, whisky, vanilla and half of the nutmeg.
- Chill for 3 hours
- Beat the cream until thick and fold into chilled mixture.
- Serve in a punch bowl and sprinkle with remaining nutmeg for decoration.
Candy Cane Martini Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz. White crème de menthe
- 5 oz. Vanilla vodka (stoli)
- 1/2 oz. Peppermint schnapps
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a martini shaker with ice and shake.
- Serve in martini glass.
- For a festive and decorative touch add a peppermint candy cane or crushed candy cane bits.
Tequila Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Hot cocoa mix
- 1½ oz. Tequila
- ½ oz. Coffee liqueur
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a coffee cup and stir.
- Top with whipped cream.
- For a pretty touch drizzle with hot fudge or add chocolate shavings.
Spiked Apple Cider Recipe
- 4 cups Apple cider
- 1 cup Cranberry juice
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ cup Orange liqueur
- 1 cup Tequila
Directions
- In a saucepan heat the cider, the nutmeg and the cranberry juice until hot, but do not bring to a boil.
- Stir in the tequila and the orange liqueur.
- Serve in hot drink cup such as a clear coffee or tea cup.
- Dust with a little more nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
